During the vacuum extraction step, we meticulously attend to any spots that may require pretreatment. Our Very Low Moisture (VLM) process is a standout feature of our service. It involves gently scrubbing the carpet fibers 360 degrees three times per second, providing a comprehensive and thorough clean. We then switch to a specialized pad for a second round of cleaning, drawing up soils, oils, and stains.
